Refund policy.

This policy explains how refund and plan-change requests are handled for map publishing plans.

Manual payment confirmation

Map plans use a payment confirmation flow. Access starts after payment is confirmed and the plan is activated.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact billing support with the invoice or payment reference, account email, and reason for the request.

Plan changes

Plan upgrades, downgrades, and renewal timing follow the billing choices shown in the dashboard. Scheduled changes may take effect at the next renewal date.

Expired or unpaid plans

If a plan expires or payment is not confirmed, private draft data can remain available while public links and embeds may be blocked.
