Use of the service
Surpages lets users create private image maps and publish or embed read-only map experiences when the account has an active eligible plan. You are responsible for the content, images, links, and media you upload or publish.

Accounts and access
You must keep your account secure and only use the service for lawful purposes. Public sharing and website embedding may be limited, suspended, or blocked if a plan expires, payment is pending, or content violates these terms.
Published maps and embeds
Published maps are served as read-only snapshots. Website embeds must use configured allowed origins. Surpages may restrict public delivery to protect service reliability, security, billing integrity, or other users.
Billing
Paid plans unlock public links, embeds, monthly view allowances, and plan-based capacity. Taxes, discounts, payment confirmation, renewals, and plan changes are handled according to the billing information shown during payment.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves, especially during early production rollout.
