Layerpin lets users create private image maps and publish or embed read-only map experiences when the account has an active eligible plan. You are responsible for the content, images, links, and media you upload or publish.

You must keep your account secure and only use the service for lawful purposes. Public sharing and website embedding may be limited, suspended, or blocked if a subscription ends, a payment remains past due after recovery attempts, a charge is reversed, or content violates these terms.

Published maps are served as read-only snapshots. Website embeds must use configured allowed origins. Layerpin may restrict public delivery to protect service reliability, security, billing integrity, or other users.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for Layerpin purchases. Paddle processes checkout, payment authorization, recurring charges, taxes, discounts, receipts, and invoices. The currency, tax, payment method, renewal interval, and final total displayed by Paddle at checkout govern that transaction.

Monthly and yearly paid plans renew automatically using the saved payment method until canceled. Paid plans include the capacity described on the pricing and billing pages. Public map usage above the included allowance is charged automatically at the stated per-view rate during or after each monthly usage period. If a usage payment fails, public map delivery may be suspended after a seven-day recovery period, but account data is retained.

Checkout calculates prorated credits and charges for plan changes. You can cancel from the Layerpin billing page or secure customer portal. Unless a different result is shown when you confirm, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, access continues until then, and no later renewal is charged.

Layerpin's Refund Policy, the payment provider's buyer and refund terms, and mandatory consumer rights apply to transactions. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund charges or unused time.

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves, especially during early production rollout.
